WHAT IS FUZION Formula Fitness? 

FUZION Formula Fitness focuses on athletic 3D multi-directional whole body movement while incorporating FUNCTIONAL strength and stretching patterns as:

  • well as muscular endurance all designed to increase
  • your anaerobic and aerobic conditioning to help you
  • lose weight and become more toned.
  • Based on an anti-boot camp approach, the FwF program features a four-phase workout, a maximum of 8-12 clients per group and three to four fun-filled & challenging 30-40 minute training sessions per week. You’ll be part of a team of like-minded individuals encouraging each other & working together along with my coaching input to accomplish a complete lifestyle makeover – while improving YOUR health, wellness, mood, and energy levels.

My Small groups ensure success with close individual exercise supervision and a focus on quality over quantity. Additionally, the configuration of the gym space has been specially designed to support 3-5 groups of clients working through various stations. Participants in each group are selected after a review of the application form submitted to enter the program.
